Cereal Mix

Mix:

5 cups Rolled Oats with:

1 cup Sesame Seeds
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Chopped Almonds
1 cup Non-instant
1 cup Soy Flour

In a separate bowl mix:

1 cup Water
1 cup Oil
1 cup Honey

Combine the water, oil and honey to the rolled oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, non-instant and soy flour. Mix together and scoop out mixture onto a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 300ºC. Let cool and break apart. Serve dry or with milk.
