Rule #2
Get accurate composition tests done.

Having consistent and accurate body composition tests will help keep track of your progress. They are commonly called fat tests and are so much more than that. Yes they do include your bodyfat but also provide information about your BMR (basal metabolic rate), LBM (lean body mass), body water, ratios, and girth measurements.

World Health provides this service to all members, it is included in your membership at no extra charge. When you book with one of our certified trainers, they will take a few measurements, hook you up to bioimpedance electronics, provide you with a computerized report and will be happy to explain your results. (While the results maybe painful to some, I assure the method is painless!)

This is an important tool to monitor your progress and another tool that your nutritionist will be asking for.
