Avoid the "Fat Free" Foods...with the exception of
dairy.
Yep, you
read that right. Although these foods are labeled fat free,
they usually contain high amounts of carbs/sugars to replace
the flavor. Worse yet, they may have added chemicals. Not
only will you not lose any body fat, but are more likely to
gain bodyfat because the excess empty carbs (added as sugars
for flavor) will raise or spike insulin levels, converting
the unused blood sugars to stored adipose tissue (bodyfat).
Mark my words, the current "fat free" fad is making
people fatter! They are just encouraging you to eat more empty
carbs.
